Job Description
End User Support Engineer
Coppell, Texas
SNI Technology is seeking two skilled and customer-focused End User Support Engineers to join our team in Coppell, Texas
Looking for engineers with experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory administration, Admin Center tasks, and hardware deployment.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering white glove customer service to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Utilizing ServiceNow for IT ticketing and issue resolution
  • Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Configuring and managing devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and security
  • Administering Active Directory and performing Admin Center tasks as required
  • Deploying new machines and hardware peripherals, ensuring proper setup and functionality
  • Setting up and configuring desks for new employees, including equipment setup and connectivity
  • Shipping equipment to various locations as needed, ensuring timely delivery and tracking
  • Reporting to a remote Help Desk manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in providing white glove customer service in an IT support role
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow for IT ticket management and resolution
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including cloud-based services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management, including policies and configurations
  • Experience with Active Directory administration, user management, and group policies
  • Ability to deploy hardware and set up desks efficiently, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously

Physical Requirements:
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs comfortably

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
