Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 3 with 8 11+ years of experience to join our team supporting mission-critical applications for a state agency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, technically strong professional capable of independently handling complex tasks and providing leadership where needed.

This position will primarily support web-based development efforts for systems such as CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges, using both .NET (C#) and Java technologies. The candidate will also support development and maintenance of other processes within the Client Support area for Health & Human Services applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide development and production environment support

Perform application design, development, and maintenance across multiple platforms

Participate in batch job development and support

Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment

Develop documentation for navigation, data storage, retrieval, validation, manipulation, printing, and more

Upgrade technologies and tools as necessary
Required Skills:

Business Objects / Crystal Reports

Batch Jobs Support

Development Tools: Bitbucket / Azure DevOps Git

Issue Tracking: JIRA / DevSecOps
