Job Description
Responsible for the coordination, design, and implementation of Low Voltage Cabling (LVC) Infrastructure as it relates to Information Services Facilities projects for the Health System.
Job Responsibility
1.Coordinates Low Voltage Cabling (LVC) efforts in support of IS Facilities projects.
2.Meets with designated management and technical staff to confirm voice and data needs. Works with infrastructure design teams to create construction documents detailing project bidding and construction requirements.
3.Conducts status meetings to resolve any issues and updates documents accordingly.
4.Recommends and implements cable plant infrastructure solutions, monitors project process against schedules and resolves issues.
5.Assists in the selection of certified LVC contractors, solicits bid responses, and mobilizes cabling construction teams for projects.
6.Oversees and reviews all phases of the LVC Cable Plant Infrastructure ensuring installation conforms to design documentation.
7.Ensures equipment, devices, and furniture is protected throughout construction.
8.With general guidance, responsible for working on assignments of limited to moderate complexity.
9.Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations.
10.Requires minimal direction. Seeks guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
3-5 years of related experience, required.
- Deployment Management: Overseeing all service requests and logistics.
- Equipment Management: Managing the cellular device depot/hub, including inventory and Rover reclamation.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Managing all related queues and tasks, including MDM troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
- Vendor Liaison: Primary contact between FirstNet AT&T, Northwell, and internal teams for cellular services.
- Reporting & Analytics: Providing comprehensive reports on device usage, performance, and related metrics.
- Collaboration & Support: Participating in meetings, assisting with deployments, and providing expert support for hardware/software issues.
- Epic Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Epic-related hardware and software support.
