We are seeking an experienced WMS Consultant (Configuration Analyst) with strong expertise in Manhattan Associates WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems) to design, configure, and support end-to-end warehouse management solutions.

< data-end="630" data-start="600">Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of Manhattan WMOS functionalities (Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Labor Management, Slotting, etc.)

  • Work closely with business users to gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into system configurations.

  • Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues in coordination with IT and operational teams.

  • Support WMOS upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.

  • Document configurations, workflows, and user procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ERP, WES/WCS, and transportation systems for seamless integration.

  • 8+ years of experience in WMS domain, with at least 5 years hands-on in Manhattan WMOS (Active, 2017+ versions preferred).

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

  • Experience in WMOS configuration, RF screens, MOCA, SCI reporting, and integration with external systems.

  • SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience with WMOS 2019+ or Active WM versions.

  • Knowledge of JDA/BY WMS, WES, or TMS integration.

  • Exposure to Agile methodology and supporting 24x7 environments.
