Job Details
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Asset, Incident, and Change Management.
- Fixed-Price Project Execution: Manage scope, timeline, and budget effectively within fixed-price contract structures, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Project Planning & Governance: Create detailed project plans (milestones, RACI, communication cadence) and manage risks, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between client and development teams, conducting regular status meetings and executive briefings.
- Change & Issue Management: Evaluate, track, and manage change requests (PCRs) and stakeholder issues to minimize disruption and ensure scope control.
- Testing & Go-Live: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, documentation, and post-go-live Hypercare support.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep experience with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, custom workflows, and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ArcGIS, ARMIS, PDQ, Hexagon).
- Methodologies: Apply Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies tailored to client needs and project complexity.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure alignment with client security standards and regulatory frameworks throughout the project.
