Job Overview:

This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of requirements, complete statistical analysis, and manage change across key stakeholders.
- Draft execution plans, including technical, training, and program materials.
- Drive strategy from implementation to sustainability, including technical and operational execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert interfacing with key risk partners, the LOB, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain for the Third Party Program.
- Ensure effective design, assessment, monitoring, and execution between the Third Party Program, risk partner program, supply chain, and the LOB.
- Conduct statistical and process analysis to ensure alignment between risk partner and Third Party Program requirements.
- Perform root cause and statistical analysis to address system and/or process defects.
- Support system design from concept to implementation, including Technology refinement, UAT Testing, and updating associated program materials and training.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience in domestic and international Third Party risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, and process design.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk concepts and operational risk frameworks.
- Experience with third-party risk platforms and processes in financial services.
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, and implement solutions.
- Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a relentless focus on operational implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable to frequent change.
- Experience executing in complex, global delivery environments.
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful executive communications.
- Experience presenting complex material in a concise manner to all levels of the organization.
