Job Title: EMV Certification QA Analyst / Engineer

Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite)

Objective

To lead and execute EMV certification for Self-Checkout and Mobile Checkout devices using Ingenico Link7000, Link2500, and Link2500LE across seven payment authorizers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute EMV certification test cases using Collis tools and test cards for each authorizer (FIS, Fiserv North, Discover, Fiserv Buypass, Amex, Chase).
• Validate and retest failed cases until full certification approval is achieved.
• Maintain detailed logs, test evidence, and ensure reproducibility of results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (UPP, STFC, CPC, AO) for device configuration, transaction routing, and debugging.
• Coordinate with authorizers, support teams, and tool providers to align on certification paths and timelines.

Scope of Work

• Certification of:
• Ingenico Link7000 Self-Checkout
• Ingenico Link2500 & Link2500LE Mobile Checkout
• Integration and certification with seven authorizers, each with proprietary tools and processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with QA, engineering, and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 13+ years of experience in EMV certification or payment domain testing.
• Hands-on experience with Collis test tools and EMV test cards.
• Familiarity with Ingenico devices and POS systems.
• Strong understanding of payment authorization flows and device-cloud communication.
• Excellent documentation and defect tracking skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams.
