Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in multidimensional database design, ETL development, and data analytics implementation.
- Strong background in data quality, master data management, and database schema mapping (ERDs, data dictionaries, business vocabulary).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Child Welfare data modeling, CCWIS systems, or federal data exchange requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective knowledge transfer and teamwork.
