Role: AWS Architect
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site mandatory)
Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Summary:
We re seeking a seasoned AWS Architect with strong expertise in AWS CI/CD, Terraform, AWS CDK, and hands-on experience in TypeScript and Java. This role supports a large-scale migration & modernization initiative involving network redesign, storage replacement, and enterprise cloud governance.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Proven experience as an AWS Solutions Architect
- Strong hands-on skills with AWS CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS CDK
- Programming exposure to TypeScript and Java
- Experience designing lift-and-shift and modernization migration architectures
- Ability to define governance models for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Strong understanding of network architecture, including replacing:
- On-prem PURE storage
- NetScaler functionality (load balancing, ADC, etc.)
