Job Location :: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite

Description::

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer to join our growing team. Join our dynamic team as an Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer, where you will design, deploy, and optimize CIAM solutions that deliver secure, seamless, and personalized digital experiences for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain CIAM solutions leveraging the Strivacity platform to manage customer authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of identity solutions.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and data protection standards.
  • Support implementation of MFA, adaptive authentication, and customer identity verification workflows.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, technical diagrams, and configuration guides.
  • Participate in system testing, release management, and incident response related to identity and access management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM) engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with the Strivacity CIAM platform (design, configuration, integration).
  • Strong understanding of IAM protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, JWT, SCIM.
  • Experience with identity security concepts: MFA, passwordless, risk-based auth, user lifecycle management.

Education Required::

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
