Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights for the sales and commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and address complex business challenges.
- Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI to report sales performance and trends.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize statistical tools to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management.
- Proficiency in data analysis with large datasets and advanced Databricks coding.
- Strong skills in building PowerBI dashboards and data visualizations.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Background in the medical device or pharma industry.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
