Lab Manager Remote
Seattle based client
Duration -9-10 months
Rate: DOE
- Testing new coffeehouse software releases and fixes.
- Evaluating coffeehouse tech proof-of-concept projects such as NGPOS running on Linux OS.
- Analyzing and reproducing technology issues reported from stores.
- Providing a safe environment for technical support teams to conduct training.
- Supporting mobile device testing with dependencies on working Wi-Fi/SML capabilities.
- Supporting robust workflow, system integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing environments.
- Publishing and maintaining lab layout birds-eye (AKA top view) to identify store set-up, purpose of each store, and active user(s)
