RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is hiring for a Partner Marketing Manager role within the AMER Regional Partner Marketing team. This creative, results-driven marketer will build joint marketing plans with strategic consulting partners, execute co-marketing campaigns, and support partner growth.
Scope of Work:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in designing and managing partner marketing campaigns across various channels and partner types.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Co-Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the AMER Alliances & Channels (A&C) team to develop go-to-market strategies, execute initiatives like events and webinars, and drive scalable user growth across industry verticals; Share opportunities for community partners to join scaled marketing and enablement programs
* Global and Local Alignment: Coordinate with global partner marketers to extend initiatives across AMER
* Internal Marketing Integration: Align with regional marketers to ensure partners are included in go-to-market efforts and broader marketing initiatives; Maintain regular alignment with event, executive, and industry marketing teams
* Success Metrics: Define and monitor measurable outcomes for each partner, ensuring alignment with A&C goals
* Market Development Funds: Manage partner participation in MDF programs, ensuring commitment and tracking results
This role requires strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills to drive impactful commercial outcomes in a cross-functional team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7+ years of relevant B2B Partner marketing experience
* Experience working closely with Alliance and Channel partners to build joint marketing plans and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes
* Experience shaping joint messaging and creating content with partners
* Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
* Deep understanding of the user journey through a partner distribution channel and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective requirements on the partner marketing organization to drive attach and revenue
* A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
* Big picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail - you're able to quickly understand overall business objectives, build a well-aligned marketing strategy and drive yourself and your cross-functional partners towards execution
* Proven capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
* Strong collaboration skills
* Ability to partner with Sales Leaders and lead Sales Enablement events
* Working with Sales to do Sales Enablement on working with Partner Marketing
* Team player mentality
* Hands-on and easy to work with
* Travel: 1-2 times per quarter for events
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
