Final CTC depends on CCTC, exp, capability, talent & skills etc..
- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using SAP BTPservices (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, CAP, SAP Cloud SDK).
- Implement and maintain Business Integration Builder (BIB) configurations in SAP SuccessFactors to support master data and organizational data replication.
- Build and troubleshoot integration flows (iFlows) and APIs across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with HR, ERP, and development teams for seamless data exchange.
- Monitor BTP services including Cloud Foundry, SAP API Management, and Event Mesh.
- Document technical designs, processes, and support guides.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), especially Integration Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors and Business Integration Builder (BIB) framework.
- Strong experience with iFlows, OData, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Node.js/Java (optional).
- Understanding of identity management, security, and authentication in BTP.
- Experience with S/4HANA and SAP HCM integration is a plus.
