Principal Software Developer

• The Principal Software Developer is the technical authority within the development team. The person is responsible for designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient software architectures.
  
• The Principal Software Developer understands business requirements, anticipates future needs, and creates designs that can accommodate growth and change.
  
• The Principal Software Developer leads code reviews, ensuring that code written by team members meets quality standards, is welldocumented, and follows established coding conventions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology or Software Engineering field of study from a four-year accredited university
  
• The Principal Software Developer at a minimum should have more than 10 years of experience in the below areas:
  
• Designing, coding, fixing and debugging software
  
• Maintaining, upgrading, and improving the performance of existing software ? Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
  
• Utilizing .NET frameworks, C#, and MVC model to develop Web pages, API/Web Services, SharePoint Web parts, Window Services, and Scheduled Tasks
  
• Overseeing, validating, and verifying systems operations activities
  
• Monitoring systems operations processes and assessing infrastructure activities in the areas of processing, utilization, performance, instance availability and security
  
• Training, managing, and supervising software engineer
  
• Enforcing configuration management policy throughout all types of software development using Microsoft Teams Foundation as a configuration management tool
  
• More than 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM configuration and customization and Microsoft cloud technology
