The Application Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, support, and optimization of Microsoft Software as a Service (SaaS) application, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP. This role involves working closely with various business units to ensure these applications support business processes effectively, managing their lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and optimizing their performance.
* Manage and oversee the operation of Microsoft SaaS applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
* Ensure that all applications are updated, optimized, and functioning correctly, meeting business requirements and objectives.
* Monitor application performance and resolve any operational issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics GP, and other Microsoft SaaS solutions.
* Coordinate updates and patches for Dynamics 365 CRM and GP, ensuring compatibility with business processes and minimal disruption.
* System Integration & Customization:
* Lead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, finance, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
* Work with internal teams and external vendors to customize the applications based on business needs, ensuring the system is tailored to organizational requirements.
* Coordinate and manage data migrations or upgrades for Dynamics 365 CRM and GP, ensuring accurate data transfer and minimal disruption to operations.
* Provide ongoing support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
* Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and enhance the user experience within Microsoft SaaS solutions.

* Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation
* Work closely with Microsoft and third-party vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of services, including troubleshooting, updates, and new feature implementations.
* Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and align application functionality with business goals.
* Ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP comply with relevant security standards, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and company policies.
* Implement and manage security protocols, including user access controls, to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of business-critical data.
* Coordinate regular security audits and assessments for the applications.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest features, functionalities, and updates in Microsoft SaaS applications
* Evaluate new features, modules, or Microsoft technologies that could improve business processes and provide recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
* Identify and drive process improvements to ensure the optimal use of Microsoft applications across the organization.
* Develop and manage KPIs to track the performance, reliability, and user satisfaction of Microsoft SaaS applications.
* Provide regular reports on application performance, issues, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
* Ensure that application performance is monitored and that any potential issues are proactively addressed to avoid disruptions.
* Analyze and implement projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
Qualifications
* * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Financials, Payroll, Inventory).
* Proficiency in SQL and/or knowledge of querying tools used for reporting and troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 and GP.
* Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to collaborate effectively
