Job Details

Top Must-Have Skills:
  • Epic Referrals certified
  • Minimum 5 years of Epic Referrals build experience
  • Strong understanding of Epic workflows
  • Someone who has the work ethic/knowledge to be willing to lead projects (not a PM role, but requires that level of ownership and initiative)

Job Description Summary:
This role is responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Clinical or Revenue Cycle Applications. The analyst will collaborate across departments, mentor peers, manage complex projects, and provide technical consulting and support. Responsibilities include Epic system maintenance, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Additional Information:
The manager is specifically looking for a Referrals expert-not someone who has only touched on Cadence with some Referrals build. This person should be capable of jumping in and leading referrals projects, potentially managing a mini referrals redesign. They should bring a high level of expertise and initiative. Personality is big for her team, someone who is flexible and will hop in for what the team needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
