Our client is seeking a permanent fulltime Workday Recruiting Analyst for a hybrid onsite job in Boston, MA. This is a fulltime permanent position. This is not a contract.

 

Project Details
Client is looking for a lead analyst to support Workday Recruiting who has some additional exposure to other areas. Resource will act as a consultant/ partner to the talent acquisition team. Needs to be results driven and provide recommendations for improvements. Help to modify business processes. There are some integrations for chat box. Experience with Paradox or other chat box technologies would be a plus.
Ideal resource will have gone through a few Workday implementations on the client and Implementation Partner side.

Hybrid role: In office Tuesday-Thursday in Boston, MA this is MADATORY no exceptions

 

The primary purpose and function of the Lead HRIS Analyst is to support the organization s HR Technology (including Workday, Paradox.ai and other platforms) and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

 

This role will act as the Workday technical subject matter expert, provide HR system administration and support. Candidates must have deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting and expertise in at least one of these other modules: HCM, Compensation, Talent, Security, Reporting/Analytics, PRISM, and/or Learning. Skills in integrating Workday with chatbots or other AI tools helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will identify the needs of business customers, evaluating options, providing recommendations, identifying gaps and potential fits, participating in release planning, managing solution delivery, change management and communication with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a system administrator for one or more Workday module(s) and the go-to subject matter expert, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Researches and minimizes reported problems or pain points within HR platforms, drives resolution of issues, analyzes security issues and recommends corrective and proactive action
  • Partner with internal team members to develop long-term scalable solutions that help improve HR processes and streamline user experience
  • Build consensus around business processes, business rules, workflows and simple, efficient design
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written requirements
  • Partner with vendors on their software and cloud roadmaps, upgrades, restoration of service or resolution of problems
  • Create and maintain documentation on Business Processes, configuration, and other materials
  • Drive ongoing improvements to the Workday platform and stay abreast of new improvements to the system modules
  • Write and analyze reports, review system audit reports and make recommendations on process or technical change
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community and serve as a Workday advocate within the organization
  • Ability to work independent and to manage work performed by others
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal & external partners
  • Assist in the development and execution of all test scenarios with tracking and reporting of pass-fail metrics for stakeholder visibility
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS systems.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.
  • Assist with broadening internal knowledge of Workday and other HR Technology tools through hands-on demos/training.

 

Requires:

  • 5-7 years of Workday and HR Technology experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workday configuration, testing and report writing.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, delivering a high level of service & quality.
  • Have a Roll up your sleeves attitude and adaptability skills in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills working with technical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and participate on multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to effectively present both technical and functional information and respond to questions.
  • Must have deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting and expertise in at least one other these modules: HCM, Compensation, Talent, Security, Reporting/Analytics, PRISM, and/or Learning.
  • Skills in integrating Workday with chatbots or other AI tools helpful.
