We have partnered with our client in their search for an ERP Oracle Fusion Lead




Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced ERP Oracle Fusion Lead to drive post-implementation transformation and optimization of our Oracle Fusion ERP platform. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, finance, and business operations-someone who can guide both systems and people through change.




Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the post-implementation evolution of Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Finance and integration with other corporate systems.

  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional business stakeholders to reinforce and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

  • Serve as the primary liaison to executive leadership, delivering clear, strategic updates and recommendations.

  • Drive process consolidation and standardization across Finance functions, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and other backend systems (e.g., HCM, Procurement, CRM).

  • Lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts and functional consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling.

  • Own the governance and change management process for ERP enhancements, ensuring stability and scalability.




Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an ERP leader with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

  • Demonstrated success in post-implementation support, including process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and solutioning.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and align across business and IT leadership.

  • Experience consolidating and upskilling Finance functions, with a deep understanding of financial operations and reporting.

  • Familiarity with integration strategies across enterprise systems (e.g., data flows, APIs, middleware).




Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments.

  • Background in change management, training, or Center of Excellence (CoE) development.

  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models for ERP enhancements.
