Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 15 years of total experience in AI/ML, including at least 2+ years in Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience across AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform for AI solutioning and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
- Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.
- Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes and use cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with CXOs and technical teams alike.
