RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is looking for a Program Manager III to join their team in Miami, FL.
Duties:
* Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
* Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements
* Develops new business and expands product line
* Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
* Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
* Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations; Prepares proposals to win new programs
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years in banking industry FinTech industries
* ITSM tools like ServiceNow
* Incident Management (Engineering exposure - tech knowhow is good enough)
* Problem Management (understands handshake between Incident and Problem Management)
* Data Analytics - SQL, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
* Monitoring (Splunk, Wavefront, etc.) - basic understanding sufficient to interpret
* Cross-Functional interactions with Business Organization (Legal, Compliance, Customer Success etc.) as well as Third Party interactions in case of incidents- for Business recovery post an outage
* Drive efficiency based on key KPI fluctuations - tech and business
* Fluency and authoritative control of situations mandatory - effective communicator - verbal and written - tech <> business
* Understands Finance world at a high level
* Technical background a huge plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
