We're seeking a Systems Engineering Senior Manager to support the Advanced Strategic Program (ASP) mission area to manage a team of Systems Engineering managers and their teams in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsibilities include technical direction, planning, and staffing, as well as supporting management of System Engineering resources for the Programs and proposal support as required.
Standard System Engineering responsibilities will include oversight, and guidance of a Systems Engineering Team to include full System Engineering Life Cycle processes, from architecture and requirements development through weapons system operations and sustainment with an increased focus on Model-Based and Digital Engineering processes. This position will require functional leadership and demonstrated LM Full Spectrum Leadership experience.

Basic Qualifications
Working knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and/or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies throughout the product lifecycle
Experience with Control Account Management processes and tools
Working knowledge of cost estimation techniques to support development and evaluation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposal activities
Demonstrated project management/leadership (personnel, cost/schedule, subcontracts and/or planning) and mentoring
Experience as a Functional Manger
Experience with System Engineering related to missile systems and/or associated avionics
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
Desired skills
Aptitude for related specialty engineering disciplines, including Electromagnetic effects, Nuclear Hardness and Survivability, Reliability, Parts/Materials/Processes, Maintenance and Logistics, Safety Engineering, Cybersecurity, and/or Nuclear Surety, etc.
Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs
Experience being a Manager of Managers
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment
Experience with US Strategic Systems
Experience with Missile Weapons Systems
Experience with Reentry Vehicles for Ballistic Weapon Systems

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
