Job Details

Javen Technologies Direct Client is looking for IT Service Management Engineer with TDX experience. If interested, please reach me at / - Gowri.

Required Skills and Experiences

9+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Team Dynamix (TDX), Jira, ServiceNow) and processes (incident, change, release, configuration).

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including business stakeholders and leadership.

Experience in workflow automation or processes to improve efficiency.

Experience in analyzing metrics and executing where improvements are visible.

Experience in mentoring others.

Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Ability to persevere in the face of resistance or setbacks.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with migrations of ITSM solutions/software.

We are migrating from ServiceNow to TeamDynamix, any similar experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of ITSM processes within a Product led organization.

Experience in cloud-based ITSM solutions.

Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation.

Comfortable interaction with the business and stakeholders.
