We are an US based IT Consultancy & US Staffing firm looking to onboard Freelance BDMs and Client / Account Managers who can bring direct US clients or manage client accounts on a profit-sharing / partnership model.
This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who:
Already have US client connections

🔹 Role: Freelance BDM / Strategic Partner (US Staffing)
Responsibilities:
Bring direct US clients for IT staffing / consulting.
Set up MSA, NDA, and client onboarding.
Share client requirements with our recruitment team.
Negotiate rates, margins, and contract terms.
Build long-term client relationships and recurring business.
Act as a growth partner, not just a sales resource.
3+ years experience in US IT Staffing / Consulting sales.
Strong network of direct US clients / end clients / implementation partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN).
Familiar with W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
💰 Revenue / Profit Sharing Model (Example)
20% – 40% share of net profit per placement
Recurring monthly margin sharing for long-term contracts
Flexible model – negotiable based on deal size & volume
