Business Systems Administrator/Microsoft Dynamics CRM

We're working with a well-established financial services company based in Philadelphia that is currently undergoing several exciting IT initiatives. They're seeking a Business Systems Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help maintain their CRM and data environment while supporting ongoing tech projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Strong understanding of data management and cleanup processes
• Experience supporting SharePoint environments
• Solid understanding of general IT/business systems administration
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with data migration or integration projects
• Experience supporting financial or enterprise-level organizations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)

• 60% Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• 20% SharePoint
• 20% General IT/Data Projects

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On Systems Support
• 10% Documentation & Updates
• 20% Cross-Team Collaboration
