Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (Dev 4) to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday.

What you ll do:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce applications and integrations to support business systems.
  • You ll analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality code using OmniStudio components (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, etc.), Apex, LWC, and VisualForce.
  • This role involves developing and testing complex systems, troubleshooting and debugging code, and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and IT standards.
  • You ll also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to system enhancements and long-term architectural improvements.

What you need:

  • Application development or systems testing experience

  • Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, Vlocity Data Models)

  • Experience with native Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, and VisualForce

  • Experience with Salesforce s Business Rules Engine

  • Strong understanding of software design, development methodologies, and project management concepts

  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
