Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies.
- Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.
- Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
- Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience leading projects from conception to completion.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver polished, user-centered designs.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and Miro is required.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, and CRM workflows
- Demonstrated ability to use data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and user research to inform and justify design decisions.
