Job Title Compensation Specialist

Project Overview
We are seeking dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join our HR department for a period up to 24 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our HR team, contributing to various projects and tasks critical to our success while our team is engaged in an HR transformation project. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain comprehensive HR experience within a supportive environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of compensation, performance, motivation, and rewards programs.
- Experience participating in compensation salary surveys
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Good research skills in a variety of medium to remain up to date on compensation surveys, trends, and laws.
- Current knowledge of human resources areas required (including Federal and state employment laws, FLSA, ADA, EEO, compensation, etc.)
- Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft office programs (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access).
- SAP Personnel and SuccessFactors Compensation module experience preferred.
- Familiar with compensation survey management tools required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education & Certifications
- 4 year degree, Certified Compensation Processional (CCP) or other certification is preferred and 4 years work experience
