Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Product Manager / Product Coordinator with a strong background in Google Suite, especially Google Slides, and retail operations. This role focuses on developing engaging slide decks, supporting frontline retail associates through training materials, handling tickets related to frontline applications, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product and training delivery. Familiarity with graphics, presentations, and basic API work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling and informative Google Slide decks for presentations and training.
  • Design and develop training materials tailored for frontline retail associates.
  • Support issue ticket management related to frontline retail applications and escalate where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and retail ops to support product-related initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Help track and coordinate product documentation, feature releases, and updates.
  • Work with APIs for light product testing, data retrieval, or assisting product flows.
  • Gather feedback from frontline users and help translate it into actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Demonstrated ability to design graphics and visual content for presentations and training.
  • Prior experience working in or supporting retail environments is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to various audiences.
  • Experience working with issue/ticket tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Basic understanding of APIs and how they integrate with applications.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a product coordination or product support role.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools.
