Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- As a Civil Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise engineering designers, providing assignments, mentorship, and quality control.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Oversee preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates.
- Deliver infrastructure projects such as municipal streets, drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, and ADA-compliant sidewalks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with public agencies and municipalities.
- Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, public agencies, and in-house teams.
- Provide oversight of design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D (CAD required).
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 6–12 years of civil engineering experience in land development and/or public works.
- Proven project management and supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Track record of successfully managing public works infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and agencies.
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
