2 Positions with Banking Client.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and guide multiple Agile teams through the Scrum/Agile process, ensuring effective ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clear backlog prioritization and timely delivery.
  • Act as a servant leader to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and leverage understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), CI/CD, APIs, and microservices to support development teams.
  • Support organizational adoption of Agile/SAFe best practices, scaling Agile frameworks across large and distributed teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and track KPIs, velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Coach and mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members, promoting Agile mindset and culture.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural guidelines during software delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 15 years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years as a Scrum Master/Senior Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record of managing Agile teams in enterprise-level projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile engineering practices.
  • Experience in DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, JIRA).
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with API development, microservices architecture, RESTful services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Basic understanding of Java, .NET, or other programming languages for better collaboration with technical teams.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
