Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Core HR & Compensation Lead with strong Public Sector / K–12 experience to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will lead Talent Management initiatives, drive best-practice solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM modules aligned with business objectives.
This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and the ability to guide clients through process design, configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring long-term system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle HCM Talent Management implementations, including Talent Profile, Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, and Succession Planning
Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Identify gaps, recommend best-practice solutions, and design optimized processes
Configure and support Oracle HCM modules according to client needs
Drive functional design, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Provide guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow
Support client change management and knowledge transfer activities
