They are embarking on a strategic initiative to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement by optimizing their SAP Business One (SAP B1) environment and ensuring its seamless integration with Salesforce.
Job Description :
Our client is seeking a SAP Business ONe Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP B1 with a core focus on integration to Salesforce. This resource will serve as the primary architect, guiding both business and technical stakeholders in aligning ERP and CRM processes. The ideal canddiate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver who understands how SAP B1's core modules connect with Salesforce to enable streamlined order management, customer visibility, and reporting. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirement, identify gaps, and translate them into scalable ERP-CRM solutions. They will design and document integration workflows between SAP B1 and Salesforce - covering orders, customers, products, pricing, inventory, and invoicing - while configuring and troubleshooting SAP B1 modules such as Inventory and Purchasing.

Required Skills :
- 7+ years of experience with SAP Business One , including deep understanding of core modules (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant designing end-to-end SAP B1 solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce integrations (preferably Sales Cloud + ERP data exchange).
- Familiarity with common middleware/integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other iPaaS).
- Solid understanding of ERP-CRM workflows such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and customer account management.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical designs.
- Experience in PPE, healthcare supply chain, or manufacturing/distribution industries a plus.
BonSoft Skills :
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Certified Admin, Advanced Admin, etc.)
- Salesforce Solution Architecture experience
