Job Details
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience working with Ivanti products such as ISM, EPM, IAM, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITAM practices and principles.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) and SQL queries.
- Experience with system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, and patch management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ivanti Certified Professional (ICP) certification.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira, or other IT operations tools.
