Role Overview:
Lead the design and deployment of generative AI solutions and AI agents on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring high accuracy, security, and scalable performance. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) to safeguard sensitive data and embed Responsible AI principles to promote ethical, transparent, and unbiased AI systems. Knowledgeable in AI Agent Development Kits (ADKs), including Google ADK, Crew AI, LangGraph, and OpenAI ADK to build intelligent, robust agents, askATT apis, ATT Agent Workflow.

Role Overview:
Lead the design and deployment of generative AI solutions and AI agents on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring high accuracy, security, and scalable performance. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) to safeguard sensitive data and embed Responsible AI principles to promote ethical, transparent, and unbiased AI systems. Knowledgeable in AI Agent Development Kits (ADKs), including Google ADK, Crew AI, LangGraph, and OpenAI ADK to build intelligent, robust agents, askATT apis, ATT Agent Workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable generative AI and AI agent solutions on OCI.
Develop and deploy AI agents using ADKs such as Google ADK, Crew AI, LangGraph, and OpenAI ADK.
Ensure model accuracy through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce RBAC policies to secure AI data and model access.
Embed Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, privacy, and bias mitigation throughout AI development.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
Optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency on OCI.
Maintain compliance with data privacy, security standards, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ethical and AI-driven business solutions.
Document architectures and train teams on AI, OCI, Responsible AI, and agent development best practices.
Prior experience working with financial data and SOX-sensitive data is a plus.
Prior AT&T experience is a plus.
