Job Details


Responsible for ensuring the technical success and operational delivery of network services, including incident recovery, network changes, and adherence to configuration standards. Provides technical expertise in routing, switching (Cisco IOS/Nexus), and load balancing to support operations and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support incident recovery and major network changes.

  • Review engineering standards and contribute to tactical/strategic network plans.

  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure technical quality.

  • Develop and improve operational procedures.

  • Participate in the introduction and oversight of new technologies.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in enterprise network operations (LAN/WAN/Data Center).

  • Expertise in Cisco Nexus (7K, 5K, 9K), Catalyst 9K.

  • Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.).

  • Familiarity with load balancers (F5, etc.).

  • Experience with NDFC, ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Wireshark, NetScout.

  • Proficient in change management and network troubleshooting.


Qualifications:

  • Professional-level certification preferred (e.g., CCNP, F5-CTS).

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead during high-severity incidents.

  • Quick learner with a broad understanding of IT infrastructure.
