Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Coppell, Texas. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position within the dynamic retail industry, offering the opportunity to contribute to essential technical support functions. The role involves handling user account management, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality support.

Responsibilities:
Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including creating, disabling, and resetting passwords.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user devices to ensure optimal performance.
Perform administrative tasks within Office 365, such as license assignments and basic functions in Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
Provide technical support for standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Diagnose and resolve production issues such as system errors, defects, and inconsistencies.
Assist in troubleshooting and securing Microsoft Windows operating systems, including versions 10 and 11.
Contribute to compliance and data governance tasks using Microsoft Purview.
Maintain detailed documentation for support procedures and system configurations.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective solutions to technical challenges.
Ensure timely and courteous responses to user inquiries and technical issues.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working in a Windows client environment.
Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and other standard desktop software.
Basic understanding of networking principles as they apply to client systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing technical systems.
