Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Team Overview:
The Security Access Management team is responsible for ensuring application infrastructure stability and connectivity to our Financial Advisors and Home office associates. Our key systems include web access management, HashiCorp Vault provisioning, etc. We are responsible for supporting and enhancing our existing systems and developing technology solutions that support and enhance the technology division in alignment with firm's vision.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities for this position include designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs under minimal direction
  • Utilize Java, REST Spring, Spring Boot, Gradle, Maven, SQL, Thymeleaf, WebLogic, Kubernetes, Build Server and provide quality assurance reviews
  • Complete high-level and technical systems design for new and enhanced systems
  • Partner across multiple teams to drive efforts on initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership and complete complex system level assignments
  • Assist with defining and meeting business and technical requirements
  • Develop and modify complex procedures while maintaining performance and stability standards
  • For some functions, there may be requirements for on-call work outside normal business hours and scheduled tasks occurring outside business hours.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $ 96471
Hiring Maximum: $ 164262

What Experience You'll Need:

  • Experience with infrastructure development using Spring Boot, REST, Spring JPA, Python
  • Understanding of web-based authentication and authorization methods
  • 5+ years in software development and support for client/server and web environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in information systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and common application protocols such as HTTPS, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, etc
  • Familiarity of performance management tools and monitoring solutions

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
