RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking .NET Solutions Architect in Philadelphia, PA.
Essential Functions:
* Solution Design: Develop high-level architectural solutions based on business requirements, ensuring that the design is scalable, maintainable, and meets industry standards
* Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment
* Architectural Governance: Contribute to maintaining technology standards and best-practices, while ensuring solutions meet those standards and align with the enterprise technology roadmap
* Influence: Be a trusted advisor to colleagues, Enterprise Architects, Management and Leadership on topics technical and varied
* Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
* Delivery Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, design specifications, and technical guidelines
* Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends; Propose innovative solutions to enhance our technology stack
* Transparency: Identify and escalate risks and issues to appropriate team members and management; Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role; An ideal candidate will have deep experience building, maintaining, and integrating RESTful APIs
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in .NET development frameworks and technologies, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
