Role: Product Owner
Duration: 12 Months

Location: Stamford CT (Hybrid)

Role Summary: Product Owner or Experienced Business Analyst with experience of AI with Contact center, Customer Service and Telecom background to define and champion the Contact center transformation

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product management or ownership within telecom or contact center environments.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer service.
  • Hands-on exposure to omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Google CES.
