Seeking experienced Business Analysts to support various technology and innovation projects that directly impact daily operations and help achieve the agency s mission, goals, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria following agency standards
Convert existing use cases into actionable Agile artifacts in Jira
Analyze process documentation to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
Support development and implementation of agency initiatives
Facilitate discussions on story points for predictive effort models
Requirements:
4+ years as a senior-level Business Analyst in IT or a related technology field
3+ years working with Agile project management methodologies
Preferred: Experience with use case documentation and process mapping
