THE WORK:

• You'll provide technical and engineering support to the Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• You'll coordinate with Architect for timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
• You'll be responsible for the maintenance and distribution of current contract plans and specifications.
• You'll confirm contractors' maintenance of record drawings prior to monthly progress payments to the Contractor.
• You'll make field checks on construction, demolition, rehabilitation, alteration addition or repair projects to determine compliance with job specifications, plans, established College standards, and Division of the State Architect (DSA) Requirements.
• You'll document progress of construction, demolition, rehabilitation, alteration addition or repair projects, logging photographs, daily project reports and notes as required.
• You'll assist in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines.
• You'll log and track status of project change order proposals, field orders, and approved change orders.
• You'll maintain project files and record drawings.
• You'll log and review submittals for conformance to plans and specifications.
• You'll assist in coordinating and recording minutes of meetings with project stakeholders.
• You'll assist in review of submittal procedures, RFIs, and monthly invoices.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M
• BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or related field required

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
• Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design process

$86,981 - $95,680 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
