Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager based in Los Angeles, CA, with a strong background in project delivery and client relationship management within the Oracle ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with hands-on delivery experience to manage key client accounts, drive customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for project delivery, issue resolution, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Oracle solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support sales in developing proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and client satisfaction, ensuring service excellence and timely delivery.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to help them maximize value from Oracle solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment of client objectives and company goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or delivery roles within IT or Oracle services.
  • Prior hands-on experience in project delivery (Oracle implementations, upgrades, or managed services) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle applications, cloud solutions, and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate or travel few days in a week to Los Angeles, CA.
