D365 Applications Manager (Retail, Dallas TX, Hybrid)

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across POS, Warehousing, Finance, and CRM modules for a retail company.
- Own all technical and functional aspects, including architecture, customization, integration, documentation, and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Oversee full lifecycle ERP implementations, including configuration, testing, migration, and go-live support.
- Manage and mentor internal teams and coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to meet business goals and project timelines.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify system improvements and support operational efficiency.
- Perform troubleshooting, resolve critical system issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Report directly to senior leadership and drive alignment with company mission, vision, and values.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and expertise in D365 F&O, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices.
