Job Details

The Telematics team at Schneider is responsible for the workflow, navigation, and compliance tools used by our drivers. This is currently accomplished using a custom software solution running on an Android tablet issued to each driver.

While the core of our solution will no longer be custom software, all of the integrations and a few specific applications will remain in house and need to be migrated. We are looking for two roles to supplement the existing team for the duration of the project and possibly beyond.

Solution Analyst This individual will work with our business contacts and technical SMEs to define requirements and break it down into features and user stories for the development team. They will be heavily involved in planning and scheduling work for the team and expected to lead requirement gathering discussions for their assignments. They will lead testing sessions, track defects, and work to resolve them with the development team.

Prior experience working as a solution analyst on an Agile software development team is required.

Prior experience in the transportation industry, technical expertise with Android devices and applications, or any level of BI and reporting experience is a plus.
