Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS CI/CD Engineer with strong DevOps expertise. The ideal candidate will have 6 7 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud-native deployments. This role requires deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using AWS services and DevOps tools.
Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes to support continuous delivery.
Manage infrastructure on AWS using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Implement and manage container orchestration platforms (e.g., EKS, ECS, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD best practices into the software lifecycle.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-hosted applications.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Drive operational excellence through automation, performance optimization, and incident management.
Maintain and optimize version control strategies (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and improve system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 7 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or cloud infrastructure management.
Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, ArgoCD, etc.).
Proficiency with IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation.
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong background in Linux administration and shell scripting.
Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools: CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with security best practices in CI/CD and cloud deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional (or other AWS certifications).
Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).
Exposure to microservices-based architecture and service mesh (e.g., Istio).
Experience with cost optimization and cloud governance.
Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices.
