Job Details

Position: PeopleSoft Analyst
Location: Wisconsin (Remote with 1 day onsite per month; candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate)
Duration: Contract until 06/30/2026 (highly possible extension)


Overview
Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Analyst with strong PeopleTools development skills to support and enhance PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM applications. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and providing production support.


Required Experience

  • PeopleTools Development: Minimum 5 years.
  • PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 & FSCM 9.2: Minimum 2 years each.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and database tables for HCM and FSCM.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PeopleSoft Query Manager.
  • Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple PeopleSoft implementations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleTools framework (Integration Broker, Fluid UI, Reporting Tools, Workflow, LifeCycle Tools).
  • Integration experience using web services.
  • Familiarity with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, PUM Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Support PeopleSoft ERP through application development (analysis, design, build, test, implement, support).
  • Prepare technical design documents for new and existing applications.
  • Assist with project feasibility, provide effort estimates, and suggest technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate developed functionality to functional teams before implementation.
  • Perform on-call or after-hours work as needed.
  • Train and mentor State staff.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and maintain strong communication and customer service.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, show flexibility, and take initiative.
