Job Details
- Genesys developer should be able to design, develop, and maintain Genesys-based contact center solutions to meet business requirements.
- This includes tasks like developing, customizing and configuring IVR flows/call flows, integration with external systems, and troubleshooting issues.
- Knowledge of different Genesys features like co-browsing/Agent assist/co-pilot and other AI features.
