Education and Experience »
- Experience with using ServiceNow to handle workflow and ticket request: 7 Years.
- Experience executing Disaster Recovery and Business continuity steps.: 7 Years.
- Experience with Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies.: 7 Years.
- Ability to handle verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical groups.: 7 Years.
- Demonstrate knowledge of executing Disaster Recovery and Business continuity steps.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintenance of both the hardware and software necessary for a computer network.
- Specialization in Local Area Networks (LANs)/Wide Area Networks (WANs), TCP/IP, virtual machines, and/or server/network infrastructure.
- Responsibility for installation, configuration and administration of network routers and switches.
- Responsibility for installation of cable, wiring and related equipment for telephony and data interfaces and systems with communications functions.
- Execution of disaster recovery / back up procedures and archiving procedures.
- Responsibility for performance tuning, capacity planning, database administration, and fault management.
- Manage daily helpdesk tickets and provide update on current tasks.
- Provide inputs and participate in planning for the server and storage team.
- Handling support tasks and related escalations.
- Handling various requirement details from various business units, and documentation.
- Handling Disaster Recovery steps for data centers that comprises of storage, compute, network and virtualization technologies.
