7 years of experience in enterprisescale CRM projects.Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud Service CloudStrong experience in implementation ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, andor integrations with external systemsExperience with Agile Scrum delivery modelsStrong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Experience in Sales operations, partner management enablement preferred.
